Inside the School many features support WCMS’s exceptional programs for the community
and musical instruction to its more than 850 students. Among the School’s many features

- 23 acoustically treated and climate-controlled teaching studios
- Two performance spaces, including Nichols Hall, a professional concert hall for
student and faculty performances and other musical events
- A recording studio and MIDI (Musical Instrument Digital Interface) lab
- A digital piano lab
- All Steinway and Steinway-manufactured pianos
- A fully equipped percussion studio
